In this hands-on workshop, we move beyond IT-centric security models to address the unique attack surface of converged IT/OT networks. We’ll explore how threat actors leverage phishing to gain a foothold, pivot to OT assets, and disrupt critical processes, including a deep dive into the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that compromise industrial environments. We aim to bridge the gap between IT and OT professionals through an examination of how adversaries craft bespoke phishing campaigns to manipulate controls engineers, SCADA operators, and plant floor staff.
